Shipping Delays: All orders may be delayed 2-5 days before shipping. Expedited shipping is not available. Our physical store is not open at this time.
Orders are shipped out daily Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). We ship directly from the College Store in Lewiston, ME and orders are handled and processed directly by College Store employees.
We strive to process and ship orders as fast as possible. Please note:
- Orders received after 2pm EST during the week may not be processed until the following day.
- Orders received on Friday after 2pm EST or on the weekend will not be processed until the following Monday (excluding holidays).
If you need to receive your order by a certain day, please let us know! You can leave a note in your order during the checkout process, email us, or call us at 207.786.6121 during business hours.
Free basic shipping on orders over $125:
We are pleased to offer free basic ground shipping to the continental US for orders over $125. This value is calculated after any discounts are applied but before applicable tax is calculated. This offer excludes items with special shipping requirements (diploma frames, furniture, off-site purchases, special orders, etc.). Valid on single orders only (multiple orders cannot be combined to earn this promotion). Your order will be shipped using the trackable method of our choice and we offer no specific guaranteed delivery date.

Holiday Season (November - December):
We typically process and ship your order the same day it is placed (within the window described above). Due to increased order volume during the holidays, orders may take an additional business day to process.
For guaranteed* delivery on Dec. 24, please be aware of the following cut-off times that orders must be placed by:
- Friday, December 13 by 2pm EST: Last day for UPS Ground
- Thursday, December 19 by 2pm EST: Last day for UPS 3 Day Select
- Friday, December 20** by 2pm EST: Last day for UPS 2nd Day Air
